Refund Policy

At Safebuddyinternational, we are committed to providing high-quality consultancy and advisory services to support businesses in their expansion into new markets. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and build trust in our relationship with clients. Below are the terms and conditions related to refunds:

1. Scope of Refunds

1.1. Services not provided: If we have not initiated the contracted services, clients may request a full refund within the first 7 business days from the contract confirmation date.
1.2. Partially completed services: In cases where services have been partially completed, we will evaluate the proportional amount to be refunded, based on the progress made and the work delivered up to the date of the refund request.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

2.1. Fully delivered services: Once the service has been completed as stipulated in the contract, refunds will not be issued.
2.2. Non-utilization of provided information: Safebuddyinternational is not responsible for the client’s decision not to implement or use the information, advice, or contacts provided as part of the service.
2.3. Changes in the client’s business decision: Changes in the client’s plans, goals, or strategies will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.

3. Refund Request Process

3.1. Submitting a request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Safebuddyinternational email, clearly stating the reasons and attaching any relevant evidence.
3.2. Response time: We will evaluate and respond to all refund requests within 10 business days.
3.3. Outcome: The client will be notified of the approval or denial of the refund, along with a justification. If approved, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days.

4. Applicable Laws

This Refund Policy is subject to the laws and regulations in the country where Safebuddyinternational operates. For legal disputes, the laws of  will apply.
